SWATcash
SwatCash is a bit complicated. In addition to having offers and referral earnings, SwatCash has a lot of other features.
One of these features is called "Alliance". On the site, you can join one of three different alliances and help to defend that alliance as well as infiltrating the other alliances. The alliance that has the highest average gets to split the money from the Ammo Box, which is an offer you can complete once a month that adds a $1 to the total amount of the box.
They also have three different earning methods: cash, SwatCash, and bullets. Cash is exactly that...cash. You can be paid through check or PayPal. Bullets can be used to attack other members for SwatCash. SwatCash can be used in the Armory to purchase either: items to improve attack/defense on SwatCash, giftcards (if available), electronics (if available), and referrals. The higher your attack/defense rating, the more likely it is that you will earn SwatCash when you attack and the less likely that you will lose SwatCash when attacked.
SwatCash also has "missions". These missions consist of different things, and there are four total. For example, the first mission is to earn at least $5 in offers and to refer at least one person. If you complete all of the missions, you will be able to "Crack the Safe" everyday. In the safe, you can find $1 cash, 5-10 SwatCash, or 5 bullets. Once again, you can only access this feature once you have completed all of the missions.

A Get-Paid-To (GPT) site is a website that pays you for doing various activities. These activities include, but are not limited to: reading email, posting in forums, signing up for websites, referring new users, playing online games, clicking ads, and reviewing websites.

How can I get paid through these sites?
You get paid for completing offers. Advertisers pay the websites to have the offers, and the websites pay part of the money to you for completing the offer.
What is an "offer"?
An offer can consist of multiple things, but it usually requires entering information. The information must be real; however, you can use an alternate phone number and it is recommended that you use alternate email addresses for different offers from the same company (read more about both further down this page). Don't worry about giving your real information. I have NEVER received any spam mail. You can get some spam in your email from "email submit" offers, but you are allowed to create a separate email for that purpose. Once an offer is approved, the money will be added to your account. An offer can take anywhere from a few seconds to a couple of weeks to approve.
Do I have to pay to complete offers?
NO. You can pay, but it's not required in any way. Every GPT site has freebie offers, which cost you nothing and do not require a credit card. The sites also offer "credit card offers", which do require credit cards and sometimes cost money (although they pay you a lot more for them). You don't need to pay, though. You can still earn a lot of money just by doing freebies.
Offers are not approving for me. What can I do about it?
Make sure you are clearing your cookies. You can do that by:
In FireFox: Tools --> Clear Private Data --> uncheck everything except for "Cookies"
In Internet Explorer: Tools --> Internet Options --> Delete Cookies
Also, make sure that if the company sends out confirmation emails you are clicking on them.
Where can I get an alternate phone number?
I recommend PrivatePhone. It's a free online phone number provided by NetZero. It's worked perfectly for me so far, and it's completely free.
How about an email address? Any recommendations for those?
Yes! I recommend Google's Gmail. They have a nifty feature where you can place a period anywhere in an email address and it will still be delivered to the original inbox. This helps your offers to get approved faster, because you will be able to put different emails for different offers from a certain company, and you don't have to create multiple email addresses. For example, all of these addresses would deliver to the same address:

k.ayleyfreshmancaffrey@gmail.com
ka.yleyfreshmancaffrey@gmail.com
kay.leyfreshmancaffrey@gmail.com
And so on.
You can also combine periods, like:
kayley.freshman.caf.frey@gmail.com
k.ay.leyfre.shman.ca.ffrey@gmail.com
You can make a LOT of different combinations.
