Safelists are programs that allow you to post an ad directly to people's email addresses, expect to receive some emails back from other members, clicking on others ads and hotlinks will allow you earn extra credits for ads, cash and banner credits.

One of the best ones I have used is Got Safelist, as a free member you can post one ad a day to 2500 members and as a little extra feature is you can set up an a website in what they call a hotlink which is also included in your ad at the very bottom, so you potentially get visitors to another site of your choice from your ad.

You get 5000 credits for signing up, free members get 200 credits for staying active, 100 from active referrals, 2500 for each referral, 7000 credits if they upgrade, ability to click for cash, banner credits, ad credits, exchange credits into cash.

They offer upgrade options too, which start from $6.95 for a bronze membership which includes 35000 credits a month, plus 25% ability to earn cash.

I would never upgrade straight away with any program, see how you like and if you want the extra benefits of an upgraded membership then do it.
