People are surfing and a quick form to fill out won't disrupt their clicking too much, and as they're already using a TE then they should be interested in joining others.Promoting an affiliate site isn't the best thing to do because you're up against so many others pushing the same page. Traffic Exchanges DO work however you either need thousands of credits or lots of referrals.
