Basically how it works is that you submit your websites and referral links to it and then you view other peoples websites in return the other people see yours and hopefully click on it.
Some Autosurfs limit how many websites you can submit and others allow you an unlimited amount, they also work on what is called a ratio, for example if a site works on a 2:1 ratio, this means that for every 2 sites that you view, your site is shown once.
The only downfall of the Autosurfs is that most people will leave it running when not at the PC, so they do not see your sites, some do sit there and watch it, but very few.
The upside is you may get some visitors to your websites or referrals to your programs, especially if you leave your computer on overnight or when you are away from it for long periods of time while running the Autosurf.

Autosurfs are traffic exchanges that automatically rotate advertised websites in one's web browser. Therefore, they are capable of bringing a large amount of traffic to the advertised websites. Members earn credits for each site that they view, which can then be spent to advertise members' sites by adding them to the autosurf rotation. Sites may additionally be added by external advertisers who pay the autosurf operators.
